Born and raised in Mumbai, currently based in the UK, with deep ancestral roots in Diu, I lead Nagarsheth Group, carrying forward a legacy that has shaped the region for over two centuries.

The Nagarsheth family has played a significant role in the evolution of Diu’s social and economic landscape. Building on that heritage, we’ve completed over six landmark projects in Diu, overseeing the sale of nearly 1 million sq. ft. of plotted land and the development of more than 500,000 sq. ft. of residential and commercial space.

Aligned with the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji, our focus has been on developing India’s union territories, starting with Diu and now setting sights on other regions poised for transformation.

To enable global participation and cross-border investment, we have established offices in the UK and UAE. Recognising Diu’s Portuguese heritage and natural European ties, we set up our London office in Pinner to serve the Indian diaspora and international investors. While our headquarters remain in Diu, I frequently travel between London, Mumbai, and Diu to personally oversee progress, lead collaborations, and drive long-term strategy.

Looking ahead, we plan to expand into other union territories of India, bringing the same focus on legacy, design, and value-driven development.

The title “Nagarsheth,” bestowed upon my great-grandfather, represents more than a name – it stands for trust, integrity, and leadership. These values continue to guide every decision. I believe in setting realistic expectations, delivering long-term value, maintaining financial discipline, and holding a zero-compromise approach to quality.

For me, development is not just about land or buildings – it’s about legacy, community, and creating something enduring.
